How Co.Lab works:

1. Demo

We walk you through the platform, the workflow, and exactly what’s included.

2. Invoice

Your first month and $299 setup fee are billed upfront. Once payment is received, we get rolling!

3. The Labs Open!

You get access to your Design.Lab and Co.Lab portals for approvals, feedback, content review, scheduling, and brand asset organization. From your team we need first name, last name, and contact info to set up your accounts.

4. Meeting Time

We hop on a 30–60 minute screen share to connect your accounts, review ownership access, clean up profiles, and flag anything that needs recovery or security updates. Yes, you will need passwords for this. Yes, it will be annoying, haha. But we can get through it together!

5. Content Creation

Our team builds your foundational posts first like hours, weather closures, hiring, and maintenance updates, then creates custom monthly content in your brand voice with graphics, captions, campaigns, and scheduling.

6. Review & Approval

You review everything inside Co.Lab using a magic link, no passwords or confusing logins required. Yay! Leave comments, request edits, or approve posts with a quick thumbs-up (it's actually a button that turns green on approval, but a thumbs up is always appreciated).

7. Scheduled, Posted, Tracked

Once approved, your content is scheduled and published automatically. You always know what’s coming, what’s performing, and what’s next. If you're on a plan with strategy or team meetings, we get those scheduled.

8. Monthly Billing

You’ll receive an invoice each month to keep your content rolling. Just a heads up, if billing pauses, content creation and meetings pause too.
