About Plastic Signs

Our plastic signs hit the sweet spot between performance, affordability, and flexibility. They’re tough enough for outdoor use, but a more budget-friendly option compared to rigid materials—making them a go-to for a wide range of applications.

Plastic Sign Benefits:

Affordability
Plastic signs give you durable, versatile signage without the high cost of rigid materials. A smooth matte finish keeps them looking clean, whether used indoors or out—perfect for directional signs, trade shows, carwashes (of course), and more.

Eco-Friendly. Built for Anywhere.
Made from recyclable materials, plastic signs are a practical, responsible choice. With a little care, they’ll last for years.

Full Color Printing
Printed with UV inks for bold, vibrant color that holds up over time. Your designs stay sharp, clean, and on-brand—exactly how they should look.

Custom Sizes
From 4” x 4” to 48” x 96” and everything in between. Ideal for larger formats with bold, readable text (and yes, even pump toppers). For best results, we recommend rounded corners and sings over 12” x 12” with a min. 22pt font for clear visibility at 4+ feet.

Installation

Plastic signs are easy to install and even easier to work with. Hang them using rope, string, or bungees—or mount them directly to a surface with screws and washers. If you’re attaching to posts, nuts and bolts do the trick. They also work great on easels for temporary (out of the wind) setups.

Didn’t get pre-drilled holes? No problem. You can easily drill them yourself with a standard metal drill bit. We’ve seen them installed with zip ties, velcro, even Gorilla Glue tape. If it works, it works. They’re versatile, forgiving, and built to adapt to whatever setup you’ve got.

Sign Care

Keeping your plastic signs looking sharp is easy. Just wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap.

If they’re installed outdoors, give them a regular clean and, when possible, place them in areas with less direct sunlight and heavy wind to extend their lifespan. For storage, keep signs flat and avoid stacking weight on top—this helps prevent bending or cracking, especially on larger pieces.

If your sign has a protective laminate, use a clean cloth with a citrus-based cleaner or a mix of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water to keep the surface clean and vibrant.

About Aluminum Signs

Our aluminum signs are built with two pre-painted .008" aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, giving you a total thickness of about 1/13". The result? A lightweight, rigid sign that’s made to handle the elements - hence why we recommend them for the carwash. Customization is where it gets fun. You can cut your sign to shape, add drilled holes for easy mounting, and choose single or double-sided printing. We offer a wide range of standard sizes—like 12" x 12", 24" x 6", 18" x 24", 2' x 2', and 4' x 4"—or you can dial in custom dimensions to fit exactly what you need.

Weather-Resistant

Aluminum signs are built to perform, indoors, outdoors, and even in harsh carwash conditions. Even without a laminate coating, they’re weather-resistant, rust-proof, and made to handle whatever you throw at them. At 3 mm thick, they hit the sweet spot: strong and durable, but still sleek enough to look sharp in any setting.

* One thing to keep in mind -aluminum pricing can fluctuate quite a bit right now due to tariffs and material costs. If you’re planning a project, it’s worth remembering that these things might be delayed.

Custom Shapes

Your aluminum sign can be cut to match your design, BUT not all shapes are created equal. A rectangle with rounded corners will hold up the longest in carwash conditions.

If you want to go custom, you’ve got options. Custom Shape cuts directly to the edge of your design for a precise, edge-to-edge finish. Custom with Border gives you that same shape but adds a small buffer around the edge for extra durability. You can also keep it simple with rounded corners, or go with classic circle and oval cuts.

Installation

Aluminum signage can be hung, installed on a wall or placed in stands or frames (although we prefer to use vinyl or coroplast for snap frames).

If optional drilled holes aren't selected, holes can be easily drilled using a metal drill bit. Use rope, string, or bungees to hang, OR use screws with washers to attach to wood or concrete or use nuts and bolts to attach to posts. We've even seen some carwashers use zip ties, because why the heck not?

Sign Care

Simply wipe your aluminum signs with a mixture of mild soap and water using a non-abrasive cloth (usually a microfiber cloth, because they're everywhere, but we've seen some carwashers use a sleeve too). To keep the signs from denting or warping, do not install them where heavy winds could blow them into other objects. If your aluminum sign has protective laminate, we recommend using a citrus-based cleaner or a cleaning mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water. Wiping a small amount of cleaner with a fresh cloth will help keep your coated sign clean and vibrant.
