4. Meeting Time

We hop on a 30–60 minute screen share to connect your accounts, review ownership access, clean up profiles, and flag anything that needs recovery or security updates. Yes, you will need passwords for this. Yes, it will be annoying, haha. But we can get through it together!


5. Content Creation

Our team builds your foundational posts first like hours, weather closures, hiring, and maintenance updates, then creates custom monthly content in your brand voice with graphics, captions, campaigns, and scheduling.

    3-month minimum on Broadcast and Frequency, 6-month on Channel One. Month-to-month after that. Cancel anytime after the three months. We only requier that because it takes awhile to get set up and start getting accurate data.

  • Do I get to approve everything before it posts?

    With your permission, we will post holiday things without your approvals, but everything else requires you to check yes to go live. 

  • Can I switch packages?

    Yes — up or down, anytime after the minimum term.

  • Do you really only work with carwashes?

    Carwashes and carwash adjacent. We've worked on popcorn, tanning, dog grooming, chemistry, water treatment, HVAC, and storage... Carwashers have a vast array of small businesses! 

  • What if my old marketing person took the passwords?

    We deal with this constantly. Tech Support hours get it sorted, and we set everything up properly so it never happens again.
