HELP US, HELP YOU: SUBMIT A TECHNICAL SUPPORT TICKET

When contacting our support team, the more details you can provide about the issue you’re having, the easier it is for us to help! Please let us know if it's a website, design, or social media issue. If you’re getting a specific error message, be sure to include it in your support ticket. If a specific function within the software is going haywire, try to describe it in as much detail as possible and include the steps you are taking when this is happening. It’s easy to gloss over small details like the software you are using or the operating system you are on when you're in the middle of a frustrating circumstance, but these details are super helpful when  troubleshooting support issues.

A picture is worth a thousand words:

A detailed email is useful for troubleshooting, but a screenshot can be even more helpful! When we troubleshoot, we try to recreate the issue and including a screenshot helps our tech support agents identify the problem can help speed things up.

  • OSX USERS

    For OSX users it’s as simple as pressing Command+Shift+3 to take a screenshot of your whole desktop or Command+Shift+4 if you want to specify a particular part of your screen to capture.

  • WINDOWS USERS

    For Windows users there are a variety of ways to take a screenshot based on the specific version you are using, but we’ve found the following works for just about all versions:


    a. Press the Print Screen (PrtScn) at the far top right of your keyboard.

    b. Open Paint (Start/ All Programs / Accessories)

    c. Paste (Ctrl + V)

    d. Save the file as a jpeg
